Rolling Stock Maintenance and Troubleshooting Technician (M/F)

Within the Temps Réel team, you will intervene at the heart of operations to diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting, and guarantee the service continuity of the rolling stock. Work schedule: Shift work 3x8, according to a rotation cycle: 2 mornings - 2 afternoons - 2 nights - 4 days off

Main missions: Maintenance of rolling stock Perform preventive and curative maintenance operations on the rolling stock. Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting, including complex interventions. Apply maintenance procedures and guarantee the compliance of equipment and tools. Safety Ensure strict compliance with railway safety rules and procedures. Identify, report, and secure any risky situation. Actively participate in the prevention process and safety briefings. Quality of service Guarantee the quality and reliability of the interventions performed. Ensure accurate reporting of operations and anomalies via dedicated tools. Contribute to the continuous improvement of rolling stock performance and customer satisfaction. Communication and teamwork Inform management of hazards and events impacting the activity. Collaborate effectively with maintenance teams and support services. Promote constructive and solution-oriented communication. Operational excellence Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with 5S standards. Respect environmental best practices and waste sorting rules. Propose and implement solutions to improve maintenance methods and tools.

Profile & skills: Bac pro or BTS level or equivalent in the specialties of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics or electrical, electrotechnics, electromechanics Ideally have a good knowledge of rolling stock maintenance. Solid technical skills in industrial maintenance (electrical, electrotechnics, electromechanics, mechanics, hydraulics, electronics or refrigeration). Mastery of a complex technical environment, with rigorous application of quality, safety, and environment procedures Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams and different trades Analytical spirit, sense of organization, curiosity, proactivity, and solution orientation to contribute to continuous improvement English level: technical
