PMO Methods (Project Management Officer) (M/F)
As a PMO Methods, you will play a central role in the structuring, harmonization, and continuous improvement of the Getlink Group's project management practices. As a methodological expert, you will guarantee process consistency, support project teams, and contribute to the overall performance of portfolios within the framework of the "Getlink Way" approach.
Main Missions
- Define, structure, and evolve methods, frameworks, and deliverables (Stage & Gate)
- Prepare and facilitate Gate Reviews and project governance bodies
- Guarantee the correct application of processes and the compliance of project deliverables
- Conduct project audits and develop methodological evaluation grids
- Support and advise project managers and departments in the application of methods and tools
- Provide visibility on portfolio progress (KPI, milestones, risks, reporting)
- Design, automate, and ensure the reliability of dashboards and reporting
- Contribute to the evolution of project management and steering tools
- Participate in project committees, portfolio reviews, and decision-making bodies
- Lead or support the monitoring of action plans and stakeholder coordination
- Train, support, and upskill project teams and new arrivals
- Supervise and mentor the junior PMO
- Capitalize on lessons learned and lead the continuous improvement of practices
- Maintain active monitoring of standards and best practices in project management
Profile & Skills
- Hold a Master's degree (engineering school, business school, or project management)
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management / PMO
- Master project governance, portfolio management, and Stage-Gate methods
- Possess a strong ability to structure methodologies and frameworks
- Master project management tools (MS Project, Planner) and reporting tools (advanced Excel, Power BI)
- Be familiar with collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams, Confluence) and PPM (Sciforma, Planisware or equivalent)
- Have a professional level of English (minimum B2, ideally C1)
- Ideally hold certifications (PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma)
- Demonstrate influential leadership and the ability to unite diverse stakeholders
- Have excellent communication and pedagogical skills
- Demonstrate rigor, organization, and analytical skills
- Know how to challenge constructively and with diplomacy
- Be autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Have a strong appetite for continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and support
- Be comfortable in cross-functional and international environments
