Do you want to evolve at the heart of maintenance, logistics, and supply activities in a demanding technical environment? As a Repairables Logistician, you are responsible for the availability and traceability of a strategic fleet of repairable parts. Acting as a true interface between maintenance teams, suppliers, and support services, you manage the entire repair cycle of equipment, from collection to restocking, while optimizing costs, lead times, and service quality.

Main missions: Ensure the management of physical and information flows of repairable parts, from their collection to their availability for maintenance teams. Receive, sort, identify, and direct parts by determining their repairability as well as the most suitable processing mode (internal repair, external repair, or scrapping). Guarantee the traceability of repairable equipment, particularly serialized and critical items for operations. Manage repair loops to maintain consistency between physical stocks and management system data. Ensure stock availability by sizing and adjusting exchange pools based on operational needs and repair lead times. Manage repairs carried out internally and coordinate services entrusted to external suppliers. Consult, select, and negotiate with registered suppliers to obtain the best cost, quality, and lead time conditions. Establish and monitor repair or purchase orders necessary for the continuity of maintenance activities. Identify new supply or repair sources to meet performance and obsolescence challenges. Monitor processing lead times and inform internal customers of risks of shortage or delay that could impact maintenance programs. Control the quality of services delivered, handle non-conformities, and participate in their resolution with the relevant stakeholders. Participate in the creation and codification of new items as well as inventory operations and the reliability of stock data.

Profile & skills: Two-year degree (Bac+2) such as BTS or DUT in logistics, supply, stock management, industrial maintenance, or an equivalent technical field. Significant experience in stock management, procurement, repair, or maintenance of technical equipment. Good understanding of industrial environments and constraints related to equipment availability. Knowledge of procurement processes, repair management, and stock management. Proficiency in management IT tools, ideally SAP (MRP, MMSW or equivalent). Ability to analyze stock data and anticipate maintenance needs. Ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage external services. Technical knowledge allowing for the evaluation of component repairability or communication with maintenance teams. Use of professional and technical English in exchanges with suppliers and partners. Rigor and organizational skills in the simultaneous management of many files. Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions in an operational environment. Customer service orientation and ability to work with multiple interlocutors. Proactive in proposing improvements to processes, securing supplies, and optimizing costs. Autonomy, reactivity, and ability to manage priorities. Team spirit and communication skills fostering collaboration with maintenance, logistics, finance, and purchasing departments.
