Infrastructure Project Manager (M/F)

At the heart of exchanges between France and the United Kingdom, Eurotunnel (Getlink Group) operates and develops a unique infrastructure in the world. In a context of transformation, modernization, and infrastructure investment, we are recruiting 2 experienced Infrastructure Project Managers to strengthen the France Infrastructure Projects team.

The Project Manager works on infrastructure and technical equipment projects in demanding and constrained operational environments. He/She manages multi-technical projects in various fields: Electromécanique, energy, automatisme, BTP, télécom/temps réel, and sûreté, from the initialization phases to commissioning.

Main missions:

• Manage all assigned projects transversally, from the expression of needs to closure
• Define and evaluate technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams
• Prepare feasibility, arbitration, and budget validation files
• Guarantee the safety of people, installations, and operations
• Build, monitor, and manage project schedules in a constrained environment
• Ensure financial management (CAPEX/OPEX) and budget monitoring of projects
• Manage contractual management and the relationship with companies and service providers
• Participate in drafting specifications and analyzing calls for tender
• Supervise the execution of works and ensure site monitoring
• Manage risk analysis and the implementation of mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements
• Ensure regular reporting to management and stakeholders
• Organize project communication with all internal and external actors
• Be proactive in proposing innovative solutions and technical optimizations
• Provide technical support within their area of expertise

Profile & skills:

• Higher education Bac +5 (Engineer / Master) or Bac +2/3 with equivalent significant experience
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 to 7 years in managing infrastructure or industrial projects
• Solid skills in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Mastery of one or more technical fields: Electromécanique, automatisme, BTP, energy, télécom/temps réel, sûreté
• Experience in contractual management and service provider management
• Ability to operate in a demanding operational environment
• Excellent analysis, synthesis, and decision-making skills
• Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility, and leadership
• Very good interpersonal skills and sense of collective work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent English is essential
