26-38-T-TID-ITSThe ITS Services (ITS) group plays a key role in the scientific mission of the European Synchrotron, by providing essential IT resources and services.We are currently looking for a qualified Windows technician to join our dynamic IT team and contribute to the efficient operation of our Windows infrastructure.As a member of the Windows Unit, you will play an important role in managing various tasks related to Windows systems, including Active Directory, desktop equipment, multimedia solutions, and store procurement. Working in collaboration with team members, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth running of our Windows systems.Your main missions will include:- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows PCs as well as associated hardware and software, ensuring the monitoring of the workstation fleet.- Printer/Scanner control- Maintenance of multimedia solutions and user support.EXPECTED PROFILE- Technical degree (BSc, Licence, HND, HNC, BTS, DUT, Bachelor, Meister, Vordiplom, Perito, Laurea Triennale, Diplomatura, Ingenieria Tecnica or equivalent worth at least 120 ECTS) in computer science or another relevant field.- In-depth knowledge of Windows technologies (Workstations and Servers).- Two years of experience with Windows.- Excellent communication skills and service orientation.- Ability to work in a team.- Team spirit and responsiveness.- Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in English (working language).WORKING CONDITIONSFixed-term contract of 12 months.The salary will be calculated based on the level of qualifications and relevant professional experienceDo you recognize yourself in this description?
