As a social service company acting on behalf of the public sector, European Homecare GmbH has been performing tasks in the area of care, accommodation, and supply for asylum seekers and homeless people for over 30 years, currently in around 100 facilities nationwide with a total of approx. 2,000 employees.

Job Description

Your tasks – what awaits you:

• Processing incoming invoices in SAP CIM
• Formal verification, pre-accounting, and posting of incoming invoices
• Monitoring incomplete and rejected invoices as well as clarification with facility managers and purchasing
• Preparation and verification of payment runs
• Recording selected business transactions in SAP
• Support during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Support in payment transactions
• Participation in system-side process optimizations as well as conducting tests after upgrades
• Creation of work aids and training of employees in the accounts payable department

Qualifications

Our requirements – what you bring to the table:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree
• Sound professional experience in the field of Finance & Accounting with a focus on accounts payable accounting
• Good knowledge of SAP S4/HANA (focus FI)
• Experience in handling SAP CIM is an advantage
• Analytical and strategic mindset as well as a quick grasp of new concepts
• Very good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
