Rental Agent for Veracruz International Airport branch

At Europcar México we are looking for talent with a commercial profile and excellent attitude.

Location: Veracruz International Airport

Schedules:

• Morning shift: 06:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. 07:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m
• Afternoon shift: 03:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

*With rotating days off, except on Sunday*

Salary: $9,375 Net monthly + Commissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C service sales.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles. (Desirable)
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent service attitude and customer care.
• Documentation in order and up to date.
• Basic English (capable of assisting foreign travelers at the airport).
• Schedule availability

Functions:

• Customer service at the counter
• Offering upselling (insurance/additional coverage)
• Delivery and reception of units.
• Etc.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Bachillerato General
• Less than 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 25 and 37 years
• Driver's licenses: A
