Injection Molding Technician – Experienced (euomed for medical industries)

Euromed Medical Supplies is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our production team at our medical supplies manufacturing facility in Nasr City Free Zone, Cairo. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure efficient production.

Set and adjust machine parameters, including temperature, pressure, injection speed, and cooling time.

Identify and troubleshoot injection molding defects and take corrective actions.

Perform mold installation, removal, and changeover as required.

Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production specifications.

Minimize material waste and maintain consistent product quality.

Perform routine machine checks and report technical issues to the maintenance team.

Follow production plans, work instructions, and safety procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.

Previous hands-on experience in plastic injection molding.

Good knowledge of injection molding machine operation and parameter adjustment.

Ability to identify and resolve common molding defects.

Experience in medical supplies manufacturing or precision plastic products is preferred.

Ability to work in shifts.

Strong attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to quality.
