Job duties and responsibilities

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and masking.

Mix and apply primers, base coats, and clear coats according to specifications.

Operate spray guns and other painting equipment with precision and efficiency.

Ensure proper color matching and achieve a smooth, even finish.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to safety regulations and best practices.

Job requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of documented experience as an auto-body shop painter.

Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and paint application methods.

Proficient in using spray guns and related equipment.

Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

English skills: medium level required

Qualifications

Driver's license required: B or BE recommended

Hourly gross salary: starting from 175.00 kr./hour + 11.00% in bonuses.
