Ever dreamed of working where fragrances tell stories?
At Eurofragance, we don’t just create fragrances — we create experiences. With passion, excellence and bold entrepreneurial spirit, we’re growing fast and want you to grow with us. Join a global team headquartered in Barcelona, with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Mexico, Turkey, India… and more!
Here, your work truly matters — and so do you.
🎯 What's your mission?
Lead Eurofragance's data and analytics strategy, designing, governing and evolving the corporate analytics platform: a hybrid architecture where SAP Datasphere integrates SAP S/4HANA data, Microsoft Fabric is the main analytical modelling platform, SAP Analytics Cloud supports financial reporting and Power BI supports business reporting. The role is primarily focused on management and leadership: leading the team, coordinating implementation partners, engaging with the business and ensuring data governance, with only occasional hands-on technical execution.
🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
- Define and maintain the corporate data architecture and roadmap, aligned with IT and business strategy.
- Decide which models are built in Datasphere and which in Fabric, ensuring data consistency and traceability across both platforms.
- Lead the progressive replacement of QlikView by Power BI and SAC after the SAP S/4HANA go-live, redesigning KPIs according to the new processes.
Integrate data from other strategic projects (new CRM, Harmony – fragrance development solution) into the analytics platform.
- Lead, develop and motivate the data team: planning, prioritization, delegation and follow-up.
Manage external partners and integrators: scope, deliverables, quality and budget.
- Plan team capacity and platform costs (licenses, Fabric capacity, Datasphere consumption).
Collaborate in the implementation of the data governance model: data quality, master data, security, access, catalogue and documentation.
- Act as the main counterpart for Global Business Excellence, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Operations and Fragrance Development to gather and prioritize analytical needs.
- Promote self-service analytics, data culture and the adoption of AI capabilities on the platform.
✅ What you need to shine in this role
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Statistics or similar (must have). Postgraduate studies in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering or IT Management will be considered a plus.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Fabric (DP-600 / DP-700), SAP Datasphere or SAP Analytics Cloud will be considered a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Architecture.
- At least 3 years leading data teams and managing external providers.
- Experience in multinational environments and transformation projects linked to an ERP implementation, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in budget and cost control of data platforms.
- Languages: Spanish (bilingual), English: Upper Intermediate (B2).
Technical knowledge

- SAP Analytics Cloud: financial reporting.
- Dimensional modelling, advanced SQL and data architecture principles.
