Sales & Purchasing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately. Coordinate with suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status. Liaise with customers on order status and delivery arrangements. Prepare invoices, delivery orders, packing lists, and other sales documents. Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders. Monitor inventory levels and arrange replenishment when required. Work closely with the Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Resolve delivery and supplier issues promptly. Maintain proper records and filing of sales and purchasing documents. Prepare monthly sales and purchasing reports. Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
