Eurofins Finance Transactions Germany GmbH is the German finance company of the Eurofins network and comprises approx. 130 employees in areas such as Finance, Payroll, Purchasing, Finance IT, and Legal.

Your tasks

• Supporting the Collection team in the National Service Center Germany in processing and reducing overdue receivables.
• Analyzing open customer items, aging structures, and payment statuses, as well as preparing structured follow-up lists.
• Supporting written and telephone customer communication regarding open invoices under the guidance of the Collection team.
• Documenting customer contacts, payment promises, clarification cases, and next activities in the collection systems used.
• Following up on internal clarification cases, for example regarding invoices, credit notes, complaints, or missing payment information, in coordination with laboratories and relevant departments.
• Participating in regular evaluations of overdues, DSO, and customer portfolios, as well as in the preparation of management reports.
• Supporting data quality checks, process documentation, and administrative activities in the collection environment.
• Collaborating on the further development and introduction of digital collection processes and tools.
• Supporting special analyses and projects in the area of Net Working Capital and receivables management.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (m/w/d) in the field of Economics, Business Law, or a comparable field of study
• Quick comprehension and ability to work independently
• Very good English skills
• Affinity for IT and numbers
• Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
