Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing is looking for a Receptionist/Sample Operator to be placed at the Vimodrone site. The search is reserved for resources registered in the targeted placement lists (collocamento mirato). The resource will be in charge of front office activities, including managing incoming calls, welcoming and registering visitors, clients, suppliers, and guests, as well as issuing badges and coordinating mail and couriers. Furthermore, they will provide operational support to Sample Operator activities, handling the receipt, labeling, and registration of samples via the company system, and the sorting of relevant documentation and samples to the competent departments.
High school diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Knowledge of the English language (B2), Knowledge and autonomy in using Outlook and Microsoft Teams, Domicile/Residence in areas adjacent to Vimodrone (MI).
The search involves work activities distributed from Monday to Friday, with a possible rotation in the Tuesday – Saturday shift; the placement is planned with an initial 1-year contract through a staffing agency (RAL around 23000K).
