Responsibilities（岗位职责）
- To be responsible for FIB analysis, FIB sample preparation and arrangement of FIB jobs, and support TEM/SEM sample preparation via FIB machining.
负责 FIB 实验分析、样品制备及工作任务统筹，配合完成 TEM/SEM 样品的 FIB 制样工作。
- Efficiently organize full capacity utilization of people and Instruments – Including 24x7 Operations and OT wherever required.
高效统筹人员与设备产能最大化利用，落实 7×24 小时运营，按需安排加班工作。
- Tool status monitoring and maintenance record to keep FIB systems working well.
监控 FIB 设备运行状态，做好维护台账，保障设备稳定运行。
- Carry out calibration, alignment and troubleshooting of FIB tools when required.
按需完成 FIB 设备校准、调试与故障排查工作。
- Evaluate the FIB units in quotation of FIB service as and when needed by Sales team.
配合销售团队，按需评估报价中 FIB 机时 / 服务用量。
- Train new employees. Organize analysts do cross‑training between different tools and different jobs within FIB group and cross‑team with TEM/SEM.
开展新员工技能培训，组织分析师开展跨设备、跨岗位及与 TEM/SEM 的交叉技能培训。
- Assist customer service team when necessary.
必要时协助客户服务团队处理对接工作。
- Communicate with the client on sample information, experiment requirements and technical details when necessary.
按需与客户对接样品信息、实验需求及技术细节。
- Review analysis reports, interpret FIB‑EDS data and answer the questions from the client about FIB characterization analysis.
审核分析报告、解读 FIB‑EDS 实验数据，解答客户关于 FIB 表征的技术问题。
- Join the Sales Visits or technical meetings with customers at their site or in conferences/seminars.
参与客户上门拜访、技术研讨会、行业会议等客户对接工作。
- To maintain and follow the quality management system.
维护并严格执行实验室质量管理体系。
- Provide assistance to Department Manager and company’s Quality Management Representative for Maintaining Quality records on regular basis and provide assistance during Internal and External audits.
协助部门经理及公司质量体系负责人，定期维护质量记录，配合内外部审计工作。
- Maintain Safety and cleanliness in the lab.
保障实验室安全运营与环境整洁。
- Maintain good teamwork within FIB group.
维护 FIB 团队内部良好协作氛围。
- Be available to work in either of the two shifts and weekends if needed, capable of arranging night‑shift schedule.
可参与两班倒及周末值班，具备夜班排班统筹能力。
- Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the Employee's manager from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee's job position and work capabilities.
完成上级主管合理安排的、符合岗位权责与工作能力的其他工作任务。
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or related majors; Master’s degree is preferred.
材料、物理、化学等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士学历优先。
- Solid proficiency in FIB instrument operation, sample preparation, EDS analysis (Aztec software etc.), and fully understand TEM/SEM sample preparation requirements via FIB.
熟练掌握 FIB 设备操作、样品制备、EDS（Aztec 等软件）数据分析，完全理解 TEM/SEM 样品的 FIB 制样技术要求。
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on FIB working experience; more than two years’ Laboratory team management/supervision experience is preferred.
5 年及以上 FIB 实操工作经验，2 年及以上实验室团队管理 / 主管经验优先。
- Be responsible, careful, patient, hard‑working and able to work under pressure.
