LIMS IT Project Manager - Strategic Projects M/F

Within the Eurofins Biologie Médicale scope, a national laboratory network, we are looking for, in a context of high stakes and development, a: IT Project Manager - Strategic Projects M/F

Within an environment undergoing strong digital transformation, you will lead strategic IT projects with high business impact, ensuring their success from end to end.

Management of complex projects

• Define the framework: objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Ensure project monitoring (costs, deadlines, quality)
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, business, partners)
• Lead steering committees and produce reporting
• Identify risks and manage action plans

Change Management

• Define and deploy the change management strategy
• Analyze organizational and business impacts
• Support the adoption of solutions by users
• Implement communication and training actions
• Monitor engagement and drive continuous improvement

Stakeholder Management

• Interact with high-level stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams
• Ensure clear communication adapted to each audience

Contribution to IT strategy

• Participate in the IT roadmap
• Propose process and tool optimizations
• Maintain technological watch

You hold a Master's degree (engineering school, university, or equivalent) and have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in managing complex IT projects with team management. You have developed solid expertise in change management and have worked in high-stakes business environments requiring rigor, coordination, and adaptability. Knowledge of the healthcare sector or environments related to the management of sensitive data is an additional asset. Key Skills

Project Management & IT

• Methodologies: Agile, Prince2 or equivalent
• Good understanding of information systems and infrastructures
• Experience in transformation projects (migration, modernization)

Technical Environments

• Systems: Windows, Linux
• Databases: SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Infrastructures: hybrid environments, networks, security, PCA/PRA
• Good ability to collaborate with infra, data, and operations teams

Essential

• Knowledge of databases (SQL / Oracle)
• Good understanding of IT infrastructures
• Project methodologies (Agile or Prince2)
• Knowledge of LIMS is mandatory
• Professional English required (international context)
