Eurofins Analyses Alimentaires France is the French laboratory network specializing in agri-food analysis. Fully industrialized and computerized, we offer our B to B clients innovative and efficient solutions to guarantee safe, healthy, and authentic food.

Eurofins Laboratoire Nord is an agri-food analysis laboratory, of human size. Composed of about sixty employees and located in Douai, the laboratory is looking to recruit an Administrative Officer.

Your tasks

Reporting to the head of the client department of the Eurofins Laboratoire Nord laboratory in Douai (59), you will join the existing team and participate in the following missions (non-exhaustive):

70% of the time

• Reception and contact with clients: Quotes, orders, and training on our client portal
• Sales administration: Creation of accounts, client files, ..
• Invoicing: Issuing invoices, sending, closing, debt collection
• Monitoring of customer service indicators
• Assistance in the planning of collectors
• Client Relations: Recording and monitoring of client complaints

30% of the time

• Issuing analysis reports for clients: verifying the compliance of the analyzed product with respect to the client's specifications and current regulations.
• Monitoring sample flow: monitoring samples blocked at the laboratory, requesting information on samples, monitoring the deadlines of ongoing samples,
• Client Relations: recording and monitoring of client complaints,
• Continuous improvement: participation in the quality improvement system,

These missions may evolve over time according to the needs of the company.

Requirements

• BAC + 3, BAC + 5, scientific training
• Ability to work in a team
• Good mastery of IT tools under a Windows environment.
• English: Read and spoken
