You will work in our laboratory on demanding ecotoxicological studies with aquatic organisms (algae, Daphnia, fish, etc.). In doing so, you will work closely with the Study Director. You will prepare experiments with precision and in compliance with GLP and laboratory protocols. You will collect data during the experiments, enter raw data into Excel tables, and undertake the preliminary evaluation. The care and optimization of our cultured test organisms falls within your area of responsibility.

You have completed training as a Biology Laboratory Technician / BTA / or comparable (m/f/d). You enjoy and are interested in working with living aquatic organisms (e.g., algae, water fleas, aquatic plants, and fish). A strong sense of quality and a structured way of working characterize you. Flexibility, communication and organizational skills, resilience, as well as reliability and willingness to learn are among your strengths. You have good English skills and basic knowledge of using common MS-Office applications.
