For our location in Niefern-Öschelbronn, we are looking for a Commercial Clerk Reception & Administration (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

Job Description

Your tasks with us:

• Reception and assistance for visitors as well as receiving and forwarding telephone calls
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
• Organization and coordination of meetings and appointments
• Fractionation and follow-up of invoices
• Support in purchasing, from ordering through delivery tracking to goods receipt and invoice processing
• Preparation of offers
• Support with general administrative and organizational tasks in everyday office life

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in the area of fractionation and reception activities is an advantage
• Interest and enjoyment in the work
• Good English skills as well as very good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and ideally database systems
• Openness to new digital tools and work platforms
• Structured way of working, friendly appearance and discretion
• Communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, reliability and a high willingness to learn
