Working Hours You will work in a 5-shift system. A 30% shift allowance is provided for working in this specific system.
Responsibilities: As a Process Operator – Mechatronics, you have a holistic view of the production line and ensure that the process operates safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include: Monitoring the automated production process. Adjusting and adapting the machines according to production needs. Performing measurements and recording deviations. Ensuring that product quality remains at the required level. Investigating the causes of technical malfunctions. Autonomous handling of first-level technical faults. Performing preventive maintenance tasks. Collaborating with other operators, engineers, and technical colleagues in case of more complex technical problems. Identifying opportunities for improvement of the line and production processes. Utilizing your technical knowledge and ideas for the further development of production.
Required Qualifications: Candidate Profile Technical education at MBO 3 or 4 level is considered desirable. You possess a good technical mindset and an interest in automation and mechatronics. You work with precision and pay particular attention to safety and quality. You possess good communication skills in the English language. You are available to work in a 5-shift system. Previous experience as a Process Operator, Machine Operator, or Technical Operator is a significant advantage. You are interested in understanding how machines and production processes work. You remain calm when technical problems arise and actively seek the cause and the solution. You are willing to continue learning and evolving your technical skills.
