MIG / MAG Welder – Assembler

Location: Boxtel 40 hours / week About the position: As an Assembler / MIG-MAG Welder, you will work daily on various steel structures and will be responsible for the entire welding process. Depending on your experience, you will focus mainly either on the assembly of the structures or on the welding. Your duties include: Assembly of steel structures based on technical drawings Performing MIG/MAG welding according to drawings and work instructions Positioning, alignment, and securing of components Completing assemblies using, among others, a grinder, chisel, and other tools Selection of appropriate welding materials and tools Correct setting of machines and tools Working in accordance with current safety, quality, and environmental standards No project is the same, which keeps your work varied and constantly challenges you to further develop your technical skills. About the company This specific company in Boxtel specializes in the mass production of complex welded structures for various sectors. No two days are the same here, as they work on different projects for sectors such as the agricultural industry, transport, and the industrial market. Examples include chassis for truck trailers, feeding systems, urban equipment, and various steel structures. In the welding department, you will join a tight-knit team of approximately 10 colleagues, where hard work, cooperation, and a pleasant informal atmosphere combine perfectly. Required Qualifications: You possess welding certifications or extensive experience at least at the MIG/MAG welding level 2 You can read technical drawings independently You have a good knowledge of the English language You have a passion for technology and the motivation to evolve further You work with precision and place importance on quality You are an active person and enjoy working in a team Possession of a valid driving license B Benefits: Gross hourly wage 19.50€ Work in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Metal and Technology Up to 25 days of leave based on full-time employment Working hours from Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:15 Opportunities for internal and external training Possibilities for advancement within a stable technical organization Reimbursement of travel expenses Informal corporate activities such as sports activities, drinks, and corporate parties. The cost for rent is 115€ per week and includes water, electricity, natural gas, and internet. Each employment contract is signed before your departure to the Netherlands (it is in English).
