Master Data Specialist - São Paulo/SP

Responsibilities and assignments

• Be responsible for the governance of Supply Chain master data, establishing standards, conventions, responsibilities, request flows, and quality criteria;
• Act directly in the management of data for materials, finished products, recipes/BOMs, units of measure, packaging, and other attributes related to product registration;
• Perform and monitor the registration of new SKUs, specific blends for customers, and material extensions for plants and warehouses;
• Ensure the quality, consistency, completeness, and integrity of data in SAP systems and satellite systems;
• Define and monitor data quality indicators, SLAs, and the performance of the Master Data operation;
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives for data cleansing, standardization, and updating;
• Act as a Master Data reference in transformation projects, including migrations, TMS/WMS implementation, data harmonization, and integration of companies/processes;
• Work in partnership with the Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement, Fiscal/Tax, Operational, IT, and other business areas;
• Ensure alignment with the Group's global Master Data standards;
• Train and guide key users from business areas on processes and data governance best practices;
• Lead and develop the Master Data Analyst, ensuring coverage and continuity of the area's activities.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Engineering, Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields;
• 6 years or more of professional experience in Master Data, Supply Chain, or related areas;
• Solid experience with SAP, especially in the MM and SD modules;
• Experience with Material Master, Product Master, and/or BOMs/recipes management;
• Knowledge of data governance and quality processes;
• Experience with mass data maintenance/loading tools, such as LSMW, Winshuttle, or similar;
• Knowledge of Data Quality indicators and methodologies;
• Knowledge of fiscal attributes related to material registration in Brazil, such as NCM, CFOP, CST, and ICMS-ST;
• Advanced English level, for interaction with international structures and stakeholders.
