Responsibilities and assignments

Planning and Demand

Lead demand planning and forecast, considering history, seasonality, agricultural cycle, and market;

Monitor risks, opportunities, and forecast accuracy indicators;

Ensure alignment between Commercial, Supply Chain, and S&OP.

Market Intelligence

Lead analyses of the fertilizer market, including supply, demand, competition, prices, and trends;

Monitor external factors such as commodities, raw materials, exchange rates, and the agricultural scenario;

Identify market opportunities and generate strategic recommendations for the business.

Pricing

Lead the pricing strategy and governance of the fertilizer portfolio;

Analyze competitiveness, costs, margins, and profitability by product, customer, and region;

Support the definition of commercial policies and margin maximization strategies.

Strategic Management and Data

Integrate demand, market, and pricing information to support decision-making;

Develop indicators, dashboards, and performance analyses;

Present scenarios and strategic recommendations to leadership, supporting short, medium, and long-term decisions.

Requirements and qualifications

Completed Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields;

Desirable postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Strategy, Market Intelligence, Finance, or related areas;

Consolidated experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Planning, Demand Planning, Market Intelligence, or Pricing;

Experience in the fertilizer sector, agribusiness, or the agricultural inputs market;

Knowledge of agricultural market dynamics, main crops, seasonality, and producing regions;

Advanced English (mandatory); Experience with people management (mandatory).
