Responsibilities and duties
- Critical analysis of unrestricted demand variations and adherence to the sales portfolio;
- Analysis of long-term demand fulfillment (M+3 to M+12) considering all variables that impact the process (supply leadtime, port capacities, production, storage, logistics corridors, Take or Pay);
- Generate the revised import/purchase plan (M+3 to M+12), considering agreed stock policies;
- Prepare material for cycle meetings, gather necessary information for decision-making (trade-offs), and conduct the monthly S&OP cycle, as well as its interactions with the respective areas: Comercial, PCP, Logística, Suprimentos, Comex, Qualidade, etc;
- Support analyses and decision-making (trade-offs) aiming to ensure good customer service and the maximization of the company's results.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed degree in Engenharias and/or Administração;
- Previous experience in PCP, S&OP, S&OE, or Materials Planning (MRP I and II);
- Advanced Excel;
- Intermediate/Advanced English;
- Desirable experience in the Fertilizantes segment.
