Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst - São Paulo/SP

Responsibilities and assignments

• Administer and maintain datacenter environments (on-premises);
• Manage and sustain messaging environments with solid experience in Exchange On-Premises, Sharepoint;
• Manage physical and virtual servers with solid experience in VMware;
• Work with Storage, Backups, and data retention policies via VEEAM tool;
• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of environments via ZABBIX and Grafana;
• Knowledge of CISCO networks (LAN, WAN, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs);
• Ensure the application of information security best practices;
• Document environments, procedures, and architectures;
• Work together with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers;
• Advanced English, mainly for conversation and interaction with international teams;
• Knowledge in VPN, firewall, network segmentation, and security;
• Interact with suppliers and partners for problem resolution and infrastructure evolution.

Requirements and qualifications

• Analytical capacity and problem-solving;
• Proactivity and sense of urgency;
• Good communication;
• Certifications (Differentials) in VEEAM, VMWare, Microsoft, ITIL;
• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related areas;
• Solid experience in Datacenter Infrastructure: Exchange On-Premises (administration, troubleshooting, high availability, and migrations);
• VMware virtualization;
• Windows Server and Linux operating systems;
• Storage (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions;
• Knowledge of Active Directory and integration with Exchange;
• VEEAM Backup;
• Experience with networks and security (firewall, VPN, segmentation);
• Experience with virtualized environments supporting SAP systems;
• English for conversation (mandatory);
• Availability for occasional travel to our business units; Availability to work on weekends, when necessary.
