PROJECT MANAGER M/F

EURO P3C, a subsidiary of the IT division of the Crédit-Mutuel/CIC group dedicated to the personalization of checks, cards, and other electronic components.

Under the direct responsibility of the Quality/Customer Service Manager, you will join the existing team to provide support. In this role, you will intervene in various areas, and your main missions will consist of: On the "Analysis" part:

• Collect and analyze the needs of business teams and/or clients;
• Identify business/client processes that can be improved, analyze, and consolidate requests.

On the "Project Management and Steering" part:

• Define projects: planning, resources related to evolutions or client requests, and workshops;
• Schedule and lead meetings with business teams;
• Create specifications and validate functional specifications;
• Supervise the deployment of new applications and/or production processes and ensure project reporting to management and committees;
• Act as the interface with suppliers / clients / business teams and support teams;
• Support deployment with business teams (by writing associated documentation and raising awareness among teams).

On the "Client and Supplier Follow-up" part:

• Manage supplier and client non-conformities, analyze incidents, and propose continuous improvements;
• Identify internal (Workshops, internal services, ...) and external corrective and preventive actions and ensure their follow-up;
• Raise awareness across the entire production department regarding the importance of compliance and the stakes of the quality and continuous improvement approach.

On the "Internal Control" part:

• Create, modify, and supervise the implementation of controls;
• Prepare for and assist during audits (clients, organizations, ...).

Holding at least a BAC+2 in project management or QSE, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment. You have in-depth knowledge of quality/safety/environment constraints related to production as well as IT knowledge. Recognized for your rigor, organization, and communication skills, you are organized, have a sense of priorities, and a strong taste for teamwork. Proficiency in office tools (Pack Office) and statistics is essential for this position. You have a good capacity for project management and coordination. You possess a good command of written and spoken English (intermediate level).
