Due to the growing volume of business, we are announcing a vacancy for the position

Tender Specialist

Location: Vučkovica, Knić

Job and responsibilities:

Monitoring public procurement and tenders in accordance with legal regulations

Preparation and completion of documentation for participation in tenders

Coordination with other departments to obtain data and confirmations

Record-keeping of tender documentation and contracts

Monitoring tender deadlines and conditions, ensuring timely application

Reporting on the status of tenders and the company

Communication with suppliers and institutions regarding tender procedures

Control of documentation compliance with tender requirements and internal standards

Requirements:

VSS (economics, law, management, and related fields)

Necessary work experience in public procurement or tender positions

Possession of a public procurement license is desirable

Mandatory computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of English or another European language – B2 conversational level

Category B driving license
