Role Description

The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra. This position is responsible for leading the visual design for Euro Homes Group’s brand and sub-brands, including marketing materials, digital campaigns, presentations, and client-facing collateral. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand identities, designing logos and key visuals, creating layouts for print and digital media, and ensuring consistent use of typography and graphic elements across all platforms. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, architectural, and interior design teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers or external partners.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a proven ability to create high-quality visual assets for both print and digital media. Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including experience developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities and design systems. Candidates should possess solid Typography skills, with an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and readability across various formats. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and familiarity with design for web and social media. Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably within architecture, interior design, real estate, or related industries. Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, logo work, and comprehensive design projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Ability to work on-site in Accra, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
