Position

Within the Commerce & Programs Department and functionally reporting to the Director of the "Additives" Business Line, the Product Line Manager ensures the management of marketing actions, commercial development, and the steering of the "Additives for new fuels" Product Line, and specifically additives for renewable fuels used in combustion engines. Additionally, they act in support of the Business Line Director for other Product Lines within the "Additives" Business Line.

Main Missions

• Business Development: steer commercial and marketing actions to develop sales of additives for new fuels (combustion engines, generators, gas turbines), and develop international partnerships (customers, suppliers, universities)
• Product Line Manager "MARLIN": define and steer the commercial roadmap and P&L of the Additives Business Line for this segment, with risk/opportunity management
• Deputy to the Additives BL Director: contribute to the steering of the dashboard, budget, S&OP, and the BL customer interface

Key Expertise

• Technical-commercial expertise in fuels / combustion engines, with mastery of regulatory aspects and maritime certification (Classification societies)
• Good knowledge of the maritime sector (shipowners, European engine manufacturers)

Profile

You are a graduate of an engineering school or hold an equivalent Master's degree in chemistry, mechanics, or combustion, and you are proficient in English.

You possess solid knowledge of fuel chemistry and/or lubricants and/or engine combustion, as well as environmental standards and regulations applicable to chemical products.

You are well-acquainted with the maritime environment, particularly shipowners and European engine manufacturers.

Equipped with a strong commercial orientation, you have good technical knowledge of products, the market, users, and customers of fossil and/or renewable fuels.

Ideally, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the technical field related to fuels and/or engines, with proven experience in managing complex and/or cross-functional projects.

You demonstrate leadership and a real aptitude for communicating in an international environment.

You have developed skills in project, program, and/or Product Line management, and you are capable of taking charge of and steering a Product Line in its entirety.

You are familiar with the technologies and tools used in the sector, as well as their evolutions.

Recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills, you also know how to work in a team and in a matrix environment.
