Factory Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervise factory staff and submit weekly operational reports. Lead and oversee all factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational objectives Ensure full compliance with NAFDAC and GMP standards across all plant operations Coordinate production schedules, plan procurement, and manage machine upkeep. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

 Requirements:

HND in Food Science/Technology, Agricultural Processing, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field  Comfortable with Excel/basic computer systems, understand NAFDAC/GMP requirements, and be able to work with production and inventory records properly Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in food, spice, beverage, agro processing or FMCG operations Experience in supervisory responsibility, training, education, consulting, or professional services industry is an added advantage.
