Etterretningstjenesten – Knowledge about the world for the protection of Norway The mission of Etterretningstjenesten is to collect information and provide warnings about conditions abroad that may threaten Norway and Norwegian interests. We are now looking for an HR-rådgiver who will work with operative HR. As an HR-rådgiver with us, you will work closely with the leaders in the departments you support, while also becoming part of a professional team with other HR-rådgivere. The daily work consists mainly of operative work, where you function as a professional resource and sparring partner within the HR field, with responsibility for connecting to relevant specialist environments in the HR-avdelingen. Responsibilities may include, among other things, support towards personnel management, salary negotiations and planning, support in personnel cases, sickness absence follow-up, and providing the factual basis for discussion work, etc. The position gives you a good opportunity to delve into public administration, and we are looking for you who thrive with structure and have an eye for detail. You work well independently, but also in interaction with others where you become part of a professional community. You will play a key role in ensuring that personnel management in our departments is carried out with quality and a human perspective. Tasks Main contact for HR services in supported departments and a coordination point towards other HR functions. Advisory and guidance of leaders within relevant professional areas, including among other things: Personnel planning and allocation Sickness absence follow-up and other HMS-work Work environment and employee satisfaction Personnel cases Central and local discussion work
Contribute to identifying improvement potential and participate in developing HR processes. Qualifications The position has the following requirements that must be met to be considered a relevant applicant: Bachelor's degree or education at an equivalent level (cand.-degrees, formerly Engineering education, etc.) or scope within a relevant professional area. Relevant higher education and several years of experience with good results may compensate for the education requirement Relevant HR-erfaring Knowledge of / experience with digital tools In addition, it is desirable if you have: Experience from the public sector and good knowledge of state laws and agreements Good knowledge of Forsvaret Experience with military personnel management Special requirements for a position in Etterretningstjenesten: Applicants must satisfy the requirements for the highest security clearance. For employment in Etterretningstjenesten, one cannot have any citizenship other than Norwegian at the time of employment. The position is subject to compulsory service, cf. the defense act and the defense personnel regulations, which means that you can be ordered to international operations. This normally occurs on the basis of willingness. Compulsory service entails requirements for medical and physical fitness and basic English skills. You will receive an annual salary within the range of NOK 690,000 – 830,000 in the position of rådgiver (code: 1434) according to the current Hovedtariffavtale.
