Etterretningstjenesten – Knowledge about the world for the protection of Norway The mission of Etterretningstjenesten is to collect information and provide warnings about conditions abroad that may threaten Norway and Norwegian interests. We are looking for a seniorrådgiver within process and business management who preferably has experience with internkontroll. Kvalifikasjoner The position has the following requirements that must be met to be considered a candidate: Mastergrad or education at a corresponding level (hovedfag, profesjonsstudier o.l.) or scope within a relevant field of study. Several years of relevant experience with good results may compensate for the education requirement Relevant experience within the position's field/area of responsibility Experience with internkontroll and/or virksomhetsstyring In addition, it is desirable if you have: Knowledge of Forsvaret or other state enterprises Experience in leading processes across environments Good process understanding Experience with efficiency and digitalization of work processes

Særskilte krav for stilling i Etterretningstjenesten: Applicants must satisfy the requirements for the highest security clearance. For employment in Etterretningstjenesten, one cannot have anything other than Norwegian citizenship at the time of employment. The position is subject to beordringsplikt, cf. forsvarsloven and forsvarstilsatteforskriften, which means that you can be ordered to international operations. This normally occurs on the basis of willingness. Beordringsplikt entails requirements for medical and physical fitness and basic English skills. If you do not meet the requirements, you have the opportunity to apply for an exemption.

Our employees have fleksitid, the opportunity for training during working hours, as well as favorable loan and pension schemes through Statens pensjonskasse. You will receive an annual salary within the range of NOK 785,000 – 980,000 in the position of seniorrådgiver (code: 1364) according to the current Hovedtariffavtale. Final salary placement depends on qualifications.
