Tasks

• Develop, improve, and streamline the department's routines for information management and internal control
• Coordinate and follow up on measures within information management, internal control, compliance, and risk, including contributing to the development and improvement of digital work processes
• Initiate and exercise advisory and guidance to leaders and employees regarding governance, documentation, and information processing
• Support the department's work with quality and continuous improvement, process management, and digitalization

Qualifications

The position has the following requirements that must be met to be considered a relevant applicant:

• Master's degree or education at an equivalent level (major, professional studies, etc.) or scope within a relevant field. A relevant bachelor's degree or education at an equivalent level and several years of experience with good results may compensate for the education requirement
• Documented experience with information management
• Very good digital understanding. This involves basic IT skills as well as a broad understanding of data analysis

In addition, it is desirable if you have:

• Experience from internal control
• Experience from digitalization projects
• Experience with the use of collaboration tools

Special requirements for a position in Etterretningstjenesten:

Applicants must satisfy the requirements for the highest security clearance.

For employment in Etterretningstjenesten, one cannot have any citizenship other than Norwegian at the time of employment.

The position is subject to compulsory mobilization, cf. the Defense Act and the Defense Personnel Regulations, which means that you can be ordered to international operations. This normally occurs on the basis of willingness. Compulsory mobilization entails requirements for medical and physical fitness and basic English skills. If you do not meet the requirements, you have the opportunity to apply for an exemption.

You will receive an annual salary within the range of NOK 785,000 – 980,000 in the position of seniorrådgiver (code: 1364) according to the current Hovedtariffavtale. Final salary placement depends on qualifications.
