Lead Mechanical Technician (M/F)

Our agency ETRE emploi is recruiting a Lead Mechanical Technician (M/F) for its client. Long-term mission in the Granville (50) and Brécey (50) sectors.

You design and ensure the reliability of industrial equipment while managing technical projects through to their commissioning.

Your main activities:

• Analyze needs and propose suitable and reliable mechanical solutions.
• Perform/follow mechanical studies: design, 3D CAD, drawings, dimensioning, material selection, and sizing.
• Conduct design reviews, risk analyses, and resolve complex problems.
• Participate in assembly, testing, fine-tuning, and equipment modifications.
• Write specifications and ensure project follow-up with company departments.
• Coordinate suppliers, monitor deadlines, costs, and risks.
• Manage technical projects: definition of needs, commissioning, and transfer of equipment to operational teams.

Profile sought:

• With a degree of Bac+2 to Bac+3 in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or equivalent, you have proven experience in industrial mechanics, special machines, or automated equipment.
• Experience in managing technical projects is appreciated.
• Autonomous and rigorous, you enjoy field work and searching for concrete solutions.
• You possess good analytical skills and know how to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

Sought knowledge:

• Industrial drawings, tolerancing, and manufacturing processes.
• Supplier follow-up and project management.
• FAT, SAT, and commissioning phases.
• General mechanics.
• 3D CAD software.
• Technical English level.
