Supplier Care / Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
Introduction
To further strengthen our team in the Quality department, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date, initially for a fixed term as a sickness replacement for one year.
Your Tasks
Systematic implementation of quality planning in projects (project quality of purchased parts) and in series production at the supplier (before and after SOP)
Support of supplier project management as well as final acceptance and release
Implementation of complaint management and optimization programs with suppliers
Conducting process audits, R @ R, initial assessments
Internal contact person for all supplier-related quality issues regarding product and process quality
Cross-location cooperation within the framework of supplier care for the ETO GRUPPE
Participation in technical supplier discussions with development
Providing manufacturing process expertise for the corresponding range of parts
Your Profile
Engineering or technician training with a focus on electrical engineering or mechatronics
Ideally Six Sigma training (green/black belt) and VDA 6.3 & IATF 16949 auditor
Good knowledge and experience in production processes of electronic components
Experience in quality assurance and quality advanced planning in the automotive environment
Application of problem-solving techniques (Ishikawa, 5W, 8D, etc.)
Knowledge of relevant standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 26262) and quality methods (APQP, PPF/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a high degree of customer orientation, initiative, and sense of responsibility
Good written and spoken English skills
