Dispatcher (m/f/d)

Introduction

Your Tasks

Coordination of delivery dates with customers, production control, and shipping

Processing and monitoring of EDI, delivery schedules, individual, and framework orders

Shipping notifications to freight forwarders

Creation of freight and customs documents

Creation of monthly evaluations

Maintenance of master data in SAP

Coordination of inbound and outbound management internally and externally

Participation in inventories and returnable packaging management

Your Profile

Completed commercial training, preferably as a specialist or business administrator

Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP

English skills in speaking and writing

Strong communicative and analytical skills

Negotiation skills and assertiveness

Teamwork and reliability

Confident appearance

Very high customer orientation

Independent and systematic way of working

Professional experience in the automotive supplier industry
