Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in high-volume recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Track recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of hiring targets.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment .

Bachelor's degree is a must.

B1+/B2 English level

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
