Retention Advisor (English B2)

Your tasks

We’re currently hiring fluent English speakers for Retention Advisor roles! Your role will be to understand why customers consider canceling their lines and work to retain them by addressing their concerns.

• Excellent up to fluent in English (B2)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• previous experience is a plus
• Location:Mohandseen ( no transportation provided)
