L&D Manager

Job Summary: The Learning & Development Expert will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training needs analysis, creating engaging classroom learning content, and curating personalized learning journeys on digital platforms. This role requires proficiency in training evaluation techniques and the ability to collaborate with external learning vendors to deliver high-quality learning programs. Additionally, the Learning Expert will manage budgets when required and report on learning progress. The Learning & Development Expert is a manager level role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning requirements aligning to business performance goals.
• Design and develop engaging and effective classroom learning content.
• Curate and manage learning journeys on digital learning platforms to ensure continuous development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various training evaluation techniques.
• Manage relationships with external learning vendors to deliver specialized training programs as needed.
• Manage budgets for learning programs when required.
• Manage learning progress reports and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide support and guidance to employees to enhance their learning experience

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience is required.
• Certification is training delivery and training content design.
• Proven experience in conducting training needs analysis and creating learning content.
• Proven experience in training delivery and workshop facilitation
• Proficiency in training evaluation techniques and digital learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Background on managing learning budgets.
• Experience is stakeholder management.
• Experience in working with and presenting to C-level executives.

Experience in creating learning products and dealing with corporate customers.
