Customer Service Representative - Fixed Morning Shift

We are looking for an Advisor to join our team.

As an Account Advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service to our customers through calls, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure proper resolution.

• Salary: 12,500 EGP/month
• Transportation Allowance: 750 EGP net
