Your tasks

• Provide customer support to Etisalat UAE customers through chats.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain service quality standards and achieve performance targets.
• Handle customer interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduates only.
• Maximum age: 34 years.
• English level: B2.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.
