IT Infrastructure Engineer

• Design, implement, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and cloud services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal system operations and business continuity.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices, including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controllers, and VPN solutions.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint management solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, and infrastructure risks, taking corrective actions to mitigate threats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, network, and system-related issues within the defined SLAs.
• Document infrastructure architecture, configurations, procedures, and operational standards.
• Participate in on-call support and handle critical incidents during business and non-business hours when required.

Bachelor's degree Holder

2– 4 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineer

Server and Virtualization Administration.

Microsoft 365 Management.

Backup and Disaster Recovery.
