Organizational Development & HR Systems Support the development and implementation of organizational development strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Develop, update, and maintain organizational structures, organizational charts, job descriptions, and role responsibilities.

Support manpower planning and organizational structure reviews based on business requirements.

Develop and update HR policies, procedures, forms, and authority matrices in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Ensure alignment between organizational structures, job roles, responsibilities, and business requirements.

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis to support management decision-making.

Maintain and update HR data and records to ensure accuracy and readiness for reporting and audit purposes.

  1. Performance Management & Talent Development

Coordinate and manage the performance management cycle for white-collar and blue-collar employees.

Develop, review, and update KPIs in coordination with department heads to ensure they are measurable, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.

Monitor performance evaluation results and identify key performance gaps and development areas.

Analyze performance data to identify employee strengths, development needs, and talent gaps.

Support the development and implementation of career paths and employee development plans.

Support succession planning activities, including identifying critical positions, potential successors, readiness levels, and development requirements.

Prepare performance management reports and provide recommendations to management based on identified trends and gaps.

  1. Learning & Development

Conduct training needs analysis based on performance evaluations, competency gaps, business requirements, and employee development needs.

Develop and maintain the annual training plan in alignment with organizational priorities and the approved training budget.

Coordinate internal and external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and follow-up.

Source and evaluate suitable internal and external training providers and training centers.

Coordinate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify and deliver technical and behavioral training programs.

Ensure proper completion and maintenance of training forms, attendance records, evaluations, and other required documentation.

Evaluate training effectiveness and measure training outcomes against identified learning objectives.

Maintain accurate and updated training records and reports for management review and audit purposes.

Support employee development initiatives, including internships, induction programs, and other learning activities.

  1. Recruitment & Employee Integration

Support recruitment activities based on approved manpower requirements and organizational needs.

A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in the same position

Excellent command of MS Office

Excellent in English is a must.
