Your tasks
SCOPE OVERVIEW
- Process policy maintenance transactions such as change of address, beneficiary updates, reinstatements, withdrawal and surrenders etc.
- Perform receipting of payment into policies and clearing of suspense.
- Maintain proper documentations and audit trails for all transactions
- Participate in UAT testing for new system enhancement and process automations
- Provide feedback and participate in improvement in workflows, TAT and accuracy
- Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head, Life Operations
Requirements
Are you

- Willing to learn, adapt & grow in a fast paced work environment?
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in life insurance operations or policy servicing preferred
- Familiar with life insurance products and AS400 system
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
