Your tasks
- Identify gaps in capability of managers and leaders
- Come up with intervention strategy, plan and activities to address the gaps.
- Establish initiatives and solutions to build leadership and managerial capabilities (including creating related contents and materials).
- Support administration and implementation of feedback exercises (including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions).
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors and providers to develop, curate and customize leadership development solutions.
- Administrative support to management and leaders on executive coaching services.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the leadership development solutions.
- Facilitate leadership development activities and interventions
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of relevant leadership/learning development experience
- Track record in implementing leadership development initiatives and projects (360-degree feedback exercise, executive coaching, management programmes, leadership competency framework)
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and as a team
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
