Ethic Recrutement is supporting its client, an innovative, human-sized industrial company based in Les Ulis, in the recruitment of its future Methods / Industrialization Technician. Part of an international group, the company designs and manufactures "made in France" high-technology systems for a diverse clientele in France and internationally: laboratories, SMEs, and large groups, ranging from the medical sector to heavy industry. It combines the young and dynamic spirit of an SME with the strength of a group.
The context of the position As part of the reinforcement of its Industrialization department and due to an increase in activity, our client is looking for a Methods / Industrialization Technician. The position has two priorities: securing the processing of product revisions and building a robust routing time reference. Requirements regarding the quality of technical data (ERP / PLM) and industrial management are increasing. The scope may subsequently expand to other industrialization missions, depending on your skill development and the needs of the department.
Your main missions
- Processing of product revisions
Analyze and process revision requests (technical modifications, product evolutions) originating from the Aras PLM
Update the impacted technical data (BOMs, routings, drawings, indices) while ensuring consistency between the Aras PLM and the Cegid PMI ERP
Control the correspondence of part numbers between PLM and ERP and report discrepancies
Manage the end of life of parts (EOL): deactivation of references, processing of residual stocks, eventual replacement
Participate in modification reviews with the Design Office and Production
Create and maintain parts, BOMs, and routings in the ERP
- Definition and securing of routing times
Perform workstation time studies in the workshop (chrono-analysis)
Analyze field reports and determine standard times (normal time, pace and rest coefficients)
Create and update operating routings (operations, times, resources)
Build and secure the routing time reference within a logic of standardization
Identify potential improvements for workstations or processes in the field and report them to the Industrialization Manager
Missions that may be assigned to you subsequently You will act as the daily interface between R&D and production, both located on the same site. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and manufacturing tools.
