Software Architect

Your Role

For our Paris-based client, which is entirely focused on the development of our Gen-e2 methodology, you will be required to use cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate development cycles and drive innovation.

As a key member of our team, you will lead high-impact, AI-driven engineering initiatives from the discovery phase to delivery. You will be responsible for technical excellence, team skill development, and client success, ensuring that every project is aligned with the Gen-e2 speed-to-impact model.

Your Mission

As an AI Tech Lead/Architect, your main missions will be:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Define service scopes and reference architectures, in alignment with SLOs, security policies, and cost optimization objectives.
• Drive context engineering (functional and technical) within the product repository, ensuring transparency and quality via automated PR templates and compliance with documentation standards.
• Perform risk and threat analyses, arbitrating between performance, confidentiality, sustainability, and security.
• Design and implement guardrails in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., sensitive data anonymization, license verification, compliance gates) to guarantee enterprise-grade quality.
• Continuously improve key indicators related to energy efficiency, cloud costs, and system accessibility.

Coaching & Change Facilitation

• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the organization while ensuring technical development delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact on business operations and team performance.

Collaborative Engagement

• Facilitate collaboration with technical sponsors and product teams, acting as a technical expertise reference.
• Participate in pitch phases, proof-of-concept, and ecosystem development (certifications, partnerships…).

You are in the right place if

• You are an experienced software architect and Tech Lead, recognized for your ability to integrate AI-first methods into robust and scalable technical solutions.
• At least 6 years of experience in software architecture and development (Java, .net, Python, React, Angular...) and AI, with a strong appetite for technology and the ability to be hands-on.
• Strong expertise in the design and scaling of cloud-native applications or AI-first architectures.
• Deep mastery of CI/CD processes, cloud platforms (AWS, CP, Azure), containerization technologies, and DevSecOps practices.
• High knowledge and curiosity regarding AI/ML technologies, including OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, and context engineering.
• Familiarity with UX-as-Code approaches and design system thinking.
• An ability to support and mentor diverse teams in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
