Product Manager SAP (M/F) - Lyon/Aix - International Group - 50/55K fixed

Ethic Recrutement is recruiting for its client, an international industrial group based in Aix-en-Provence (location also possible in Lyon) As part of its migration to SAP S/4HANA, the group is creating a position for a SAP Product Manager with experience in the Industry scope (Production, Quality, Maintenance - PP, QM, PM)

Your missions:

• Carry the SAP product vision for your scope and drive the functional and technical roadmap, from design to implementation
• Analyze and prioritize business needs, challenge them against technical capabilities, and design solutions by leveraging the SAP ecosystem as a whole (core modules and complementary solutions)

• Act as the link between business departments (R&D, Finance, Production) and technical teams; take the operational lead on projects and programs
• Model, optimize, and digitalize the processes within your scope

• Support the deployment of solutions in international subsidiaries and ensure their adoption

Your profile:

• SAP techno-functional expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Concrete mastery of the SAP modules within your scope (configuration, deployment, or management on real projects)

• Ability to combine business process vision and solution expertise, with a technical appetite allowing you to challenge and project topics
• Proven experience in managing projects or programs

• Fluent English is essential (international context)
