IRVE Operations Engineer (M/F) - Ile de France - 50/55K fixed
Ethic Recrutement is searching on behalf of a fast-growing international player specializing in IRVE for an Operations Engineer to strengthen its Operations & Maintenance department.
The Context The company deploys high-power charging infrastructures for professional fleets (logistics, transport, public transport) in France and Europe. The O&M department is currently being structured to support the acceleration of commissioning. You will be at the heart of the customer promise: guaranteeing a station availability rate higher than 99%.
Your Role As the primary point of contact for customers from commissioning through the entire operating contract, you are responsible for the proper functioning of the charging infrastructures and the associated software services. You combine the roles of a Field Service Engineer and an operational pilot. Concretely, you perform on-site commissioning, configure digital services according to customer needs, and train them on the use of the infrastructures. You ensure proactive monitoring of the stations, diagnose and resolve technical incidents remotely, and schedule preventive and curative maintenance interventions. You also intervene on-site for advanced diagnostics as a technical expert, and you participate in the department's on-call rotations. Beyond operations, you actively contribute to building the department's methods and processes, collaborate with product teams to improve solutions, and conduct customer performance reviews in connection with the sales department.
Your Profile An Engineer by training or a Master's degree (Bac+5) in electricity, electronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field, you have 2 to 3 years of experience in the electric charging (IRVE) sector, ideally in operations or supervision roles. You are proficient in technical management tools (CPMS, CRM/Ticketing, GMAO) and are recognized for your diagnostic and complex problem-solving skills. Fluent English is imperative.
