Head of Projects France (M/F) - IRVE - Aix en Provence - 60/70K fixed
Ethic Recrutement is looking for a Head of Projects France (M/F) on behalf of a fast-growing international player specializing in IRVE.
The Context The company is undergoing a significant acceleration phase in the French market and is looking to structure its deployment operations. Positioned in a booming segment, it offers a turnkey approach combining innovative hardware and embedded software platforms. The position is strategic: you will be the person who structures and pilots all charging infrastructure projects across the national territory.
Your Role Reporting to management, you will take full responsibility for the France Projects department. You will structure the activity (processes, methodologies, KPIs), manage and develop the skills of a team of project managers, and supervise a portfolio of complex deployments with high financial and strategic stakes. You are the guarantor of compliance with margins, deadlines, and quality and safety standards. You will also drive the continuous improvement of the department, notably through the integration of digital tools and AI to optimize operational efficiency. Transversally, you will work in close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and sales, and provide support during major commercial presentations to key accounts.
Your Profile An engineer by training, ideally specialized in electrical engineering, energy, or equivalent, you have 8 to 10 years of experience in managing industrial projects or large-scale infrastructure. You have significant and successful experience in technical team management. Knowledge of high/low voltage networks (HT/BT), civil engineering challenges, and ideally the IRVE sector is expected. Fluent English is indispensable. Beyond technical skills, you are recognized for your strategic vision, leadership, contractual rigor, and your ability to unite people in a dynamic and developing environment.
Conditions Position based in Aix-en-Provence. 60/70K fixed depending on experience.
