Ethic Recrutement is exclusively supporting a leading French industrial group, a recognized player in its sector on a global scale, in the recruitment of its future Director Treasury and International Financing.

Driven by sustained growth, the Group is currently structuring its finance function and is creating this position to give it a new dimension. You will join the Group as a true architect of its international financial strategy.

A high-stakes position, where you will be able to: Manage Group treasury in an international and multi-currency environment

Design and deploy the Group's financing strategy

Negotiate bank financing and credit lines

Build and maintain trusting relationships with banking and financial partners

Coordinate international subsidiary financing

Manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks

Create management tools, reporting, and performance indicators

Structure treasury processes and best practices across the Group

What we are looking for: Higher education in finance

At least 15 years of solid experience in treasury and financing

Proven experience in an international multi-currency environment

Experience in structuring or transforming the treasury function would be a real plus

Autonomy and a genuine desire to take charge of a strategic position to be built

Fluent English is indispensable
